Training development

INTEA develops training solutions for technical and non-technical courses in the form of classroom training sessions and WBTs (web-based training courses) – according to customer preferences. Our approach in brief:

Classroom training

A requirements analysis with the customer and confirmation of the desired format (e.g. corporate identity) are followed by a target group-oriented development of course content. This development phase is concluded with a pilot training session. The trainer's guide and delegate documents are then finalised. A TTT (train the trainer) workshop follows this development, ensuring that the trainers communicate the content in a consistent way.

Web-Based Training (WBT)

The first steps in creating a web-based training course are similar to the approach to classroom training: requirements analysis with the customer and confirmation of the desired format (e.g. corporate identity) and technical requirements are followed by course development. WBT also needs to take account of international requirements - multilingual issues, learning styles etc. A "script" is then produced. It is important that delegates should be encouraged to interact, promoting a lively and motivating atmosphere for learning. When the script has been implemented and a pilot phase completed, the course is finalised and rolled out to the customer.
