INTEA handles the following main tasks in the course of project implementation:

- Development of a project structure and the associated action and communication plan for all those involved
- Management and support of the project team, including moderating meetings, presenting interim results and specifying further steps and milestones
- Design and execution of training and coaching activities
- Providing up-to-date information to all project staff by documenting and logging the various project steps in online databases
- Targeted implementation and measurement of success at the levels of acceptance, sales results and return on investment
