INTEA develops and supports integrated Sales and Marketing concepts.

 

This generally involves the following steps:

  • Analysis of the current situation by way of structured interviews with managers and staff
  • Appointing a project group
  • Producing a strategic concept, adapted through the various development steps.

 

INTEA handles the following main tasks in the course of project implementation:

  • Analysis of the current situation and the need for optimisation
  • Development of a project structure and the associated action and communication plan for all those involved
  • Management and support of the project team, including moderating meetings, presenting interim results and specifying further steps and milestones
  • Design and execution of training and coaching activities
  • Providing up-to-date information to all project staff by documenting and logging the various project steps in online databases
  • Targeted implementation and measurement of success at the levels of acceptance, sales results and return on investment
