Practical guides

Based on customer needs, INTEA develops practical guides with various objectives:

  • e.g. "Practical guide to measuring the effectiveness of training activities" –developed for the training department of a German car maker. The practical guide contains principles and practical examples on the subjects of training needs analysis, training development and delivery, and measuring the success of training programmes. The focus is on needs analysis and success measurement

  • e.g. "Practical guide for service" – a practical manual for after-sales staff at a German car maker. The practical manual teaches staff about processes in the company and provides day-to-day assistance. The aim is to improve service quality and set a binding standard for all staff, ultimately leading to an improvement in the company's profits.

  • e.g. "Practical guide to establishing customer relationships in the B2B field" Based on a Key Account concept, a supplier is able to carry out systematic customer development and build a working relationship with its manufacturer.

The guides contain things like tools, templates and checklists. They serve as a tool for the trainer and/or as work documentation for managers and staff in order to standardise processes and procedures in the company. The contents are directly applicable to working practice.
