INTEA will also handle the entire project management for you, starting with project planning and control and taking in the monitoring and follow-up activities for a project. Together with the customer, we define the project goals and assure a successful and robust implementation.

To support the project process, INTEA uses its own in-house databases and the CRM system VEMAS. Among other things, this software tool enables transparent project and milestone tracking, precise recording of time spent, and up-to-the-minute budget control.
