Consulting@INTEA

 

Consulting@INTEA – this term expresses a project-based notion of consulting focusing on a specific customer problem or objective. INTEA consultants are industry specialists who use modern business tools (such as scorecards) to manage and develop projects and bring them to a successful conclusion together with our customers' managers and staff.

 

The INTEA approach follows an iterative logic:

 

Context analysis

We gain an understanding of the field in which the customer operates and how the managers and staff act, think and feel within it.

 

Requirements analysis

By way of interviews, questionnaires, assessments and other qualitative and quantitative methods, we define the need for change and the goals of the project.

 

Design

This is followed by project design. We work with managers and staff to specify actions to be implemented and criteria for the measurement of results.

 

Communication

We communicate internally to explain customers' action plans, goals, contents and success parameters and develop a project database where required.

 

Implementation

We develop activities and carry them out together with our customer. 

 

Measurement

To optimise projects, we measure: the acceptance of the activity, the attainment of project goals, the application of the capabilities acquired and the return on investment (see also Practical Guides). We may adjust or add to the programme where necessary.

 

Success analysis

Finally, we review the effectiveness of the actions in the context of the company and make recommendations for maintaining and extending the results achieved in the longer term.
