Development of INTEA
Founder and owner: Rolf Lucas-Nülle1967- Rolf Lucas-Nülle runs his first courses for AEG staff on "New technologies in the electrical/electronics field" in the areas of power electronics and remote control systems.
- 1968
- In response to numerous requests for training from customers in the electronics and automotive industries, including Ford AG, Rolf Lucas-Nülle founds INTEA GmbH (the Institute for Technology, Electronics and Automation Systems).
Over the next few years, training courses for internal plant training are designed and delivered. The relationship with Ford develops over the years, based on mutual respect and a spirit of innovation in the field of modular training. - 1990
- Adam Opel AG commissions INTEA to plan, establish and run technical training centres for its employees and dealers – initially in Göttingen, and later in other European countries (e.g. Spain, Turkey, Hungary, Austria, Poland).
This cooperation expands to cover Opel in-plant training and the Opel partner company Raytheon Training International GmbH. Despite major commercial challenges faced by all partners in Opel's business, this cooperation continues to this day. The two companies are still among INTEA's biggest customers.
INTEA commences training activities in the new German states (of the former East Germany) with the successor company to Olivetti in the field of automation systems and robotics. Up to 45 consultants are hired in 10 locations.
CEO: Hans-Joachim Lindau- Today
- The year 2002 sees new initiatives – together with Opel, INTEA expands its expertise in technical training still further: design and development work for training activities (e.g. blended learning solutions) carried out for workshop staff in Germany, Austria and Spain.
In the consulting and non-technical training segments in the after-sales area, INTEA is increasingly engaged by automotive manufacturers both to develop concepts and to implement reorganisation programmes and audits of dealers and service partners.
INTEA continues to develop as a specialist in after-sales training and consultancy for manufacturers, dealers and suppliers in the automotive industry.
INTEA's profile is characterised by the use of state-of-the-art teaching and learning methods, tailor-made, customer-specific concepts and a structured results-oriented way of working.
